What is Aerobic? Aerobic is a workout designed for a complete training to improve your stamina, your physical power, your agility and movement coordination. Flashy music and dynamic workout groups guarantee a lot of fun. Due to the large variety of different aerobic classes everybody will find the one that suites him/ her best. Pilates The Pilates-workout is named after its inventor Joseph Hubertus Pilates. The aim of this specific training is to equally strengthen and stretch the muscle fibres that lie underneath the usually used ones. Every exercise starts form your body’s cetre, the so called “powerhouse”. Breathing takes a crucial role in this workout because every exercise is is executed with a very special breathing rythm. A totally new and better understanding of the own body will be achieved. BBP BBP means “Bauch Beine Po” and is the well known workout that focuses on strengthening and shaping the three main parts of the body, everyone looks at first: abdomen, thighs and bottom. Different tools like aerobic-balls or dumb-bells will be used. The exercises will be carried out to the rythm of flashy music which allows a lot of fun during the classes.
